COURSE INFO

The ASSI Administrative Investigation Course is a fully accredited interactive workshop based on 2-day face to face training. It has been designed to update and improve the capacity of managers and supervisors to conduct investigations into allegation of misconduct or wrong-doing by employees in the workplace.

Conduct Administrative (Disciplinary) Investigations

This unique and effective training course introduces all employees to the disciplinary process and how administrative investigations should be conducted in a workplace. It will equip managers and supervisors with the confidence and knowledge to enable them to carry out a workplace administrative investigation. The course applies equally to public and private sector workplaces.

Units offered in this course contain nationally accredited academic units from the Certificate 3 in Investigative Services (CPP30607). Persons successfully completing the Administrative Investigation Course will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for the applicable units relating to this certification.

There is an ever increasing need in the modern workplace for managers and office supervisors to be fully aware of the legislative requirements and processes that should be undertaken when dealing with the issue of workplace misconduct. The mounting pressure on managers and supervisors to conduct investigations of alleged staff wrong doing in the workplace has created the need for all employees to understand workplace disciplinary processes and for managers and supervisor in particular to be able to conduct administrative (disciplinary) investigations.

Facilitators

The ASSI course is facilitated by experienced and fully qualified trainers with up to 40 years experienced gained from working in law enforcement, a range of Royal Commissions, corporate and securities regulation, external oversighting and public sector governance.

Course Venue

The training is held in one of our training rooms located in the CBD of each capital cities. If you require this training to be conducted overseas or at your location or company headquarters then we will negotiate a special deal for you.

Course Cost

The cost of the two day course is $695 per person and this includes morning and afternoon tea but does not include lunch. Lunch can be provided at additional cost.

Corporate Rates - this course can be delivered to private corporations and government agencies for groups of 12 or more at special attractive rates. The course will be tailored to your work environment and staff for maximum value.
